Returns & Exchanges

At Curl Anthology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@curlanthology.co.uk to begin a return.
  • You will be responsible for arranging your return and paying for return postage. Postage on returned items is non-refundable.
  • Package the items securely and include the reference number on the return package.
  • Please ensure you use a trackable delivery service for your return to ensure your items get back to us in good condition. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item as per the above instructions and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@curlanthology.co.uk. We will arrange for a full refund in the form of store credit or exchange and cover the return shipping costs.

6. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
