Shipping Information

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are therefore subject to Royal Mail's delivery timelines.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, orders to Europe take 5-7 business days, and international orders outside of Europe may take up to 10-14 business days.
  • Nigeria Shipping: We are pleased to offer a £10 fixed rate shipping fee to Nigeria (no minimum spend required). This will automatically activate at checkout when you input a Nigerian postal address.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and delivery delays can sometimes occur, especially during peak periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery: from £3.99 (depending on the weight of the package)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery: from £4.99 (depending on the weight of the package)
  • International Shipping: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can track the progress of your delivery.

5. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We also aim to be eco-conscious by using recyclable and sustainable materials wherever possible.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If you want to change the address on your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can amend the address on your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, we are unable to amend your address.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sale Items: Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
